Her mission is to increase the mental fitness of women and girls worldwide so that they feel empowered, worthy, and deeply connected with what gives them meaning and joy. Having lived in four countries (Japan, Korea, America, England) as well as being a first generation Japanese-Korean-American, she brings a special understanding to the complexities and joys of being an Asian woman in today’s world. As a mental fitness expert, Sandy specializes in helping ambitious women embrace their individuality and live authentically, freeing them of self-sabotage. She’s developed a unique coaching style that marries eastern and western philosophies, along with innovative brain-body science to help her clients break free of self-sabotaging behaviors.
