Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Vivienne felt like a mess! She didn’t know who she was and she was constantly looking for someone to look up to. If someone looked like they had their shit together, then she would admire them to see what they’re doing right.
The “AHA” Moment
During Vivienne’s mid-thirties, she briefly did some online therapy –BetterHelp. She felt something was wrong and she was depressed. Vivienne has her version of high expectations of people and was comparing her life with other people. She was also stuck in the past. After a month long of online therapy, Vivienne decided to grab a few books to see if she can help herself undo the negative programming in her head. Slowly but surely, she became more confident. So, long story is there were many A-Ha moments as she was working on herself.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Vivienne is happier! She doesn’t care what other people think of her. She has less social anxiety. If someone doesn’t like her, then who cares? She is choosey about the type of people she lets into her life, whereas before she wanted to be liked by everyone.
