390: Take Care Of Yourself First With Tina Kim

Tina Kim is comedian and entrepreneur.  She has  traveled the world doing stand up comedy, performed at hundreds of Take Care Of Yourself First With Tina Kimcolleges, corporate events and produced many shows in the last 15 years.  She is currently working on her startup and only available for corporate events for stand up comedy. Seattle is her home town and she is a graduate of the University of Washington with a journalism degree.  She enjoys teaching indoor cycling and group fitness when she can and loves boxing.

Tina shares how being self reliant has helped her build her own confidence to do the things that she is in alignment with rather than pleasing others.  She also shares that taking care of herself first has also helped her become happy and at peace with herself.  Check out her episode to listen to her story.
