Tina Chow is a food blogger and cookbook author better known as @fitchickscook.  She works for a bank as her day job, meal Positive Reinforcement With Tina Chowprepping and fitness, along with health and wellness, are her personal hobbies and interest. She has created a blog where she can share her fitness journey, her homemade recipes and maybe a little personal information about herself every now and then. She also released her first cookbook called The Everything Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook.
