Renata Trebing is the founder of Nourish with Renata, a healthy recipe and food blog.  Each week, Renata shares her recipes with Make Time For Yourself With Renata Trebinghundreds of followers through her blog, guest blogs and on social media. Renata has also partnered with local food companies such as Wright’s of Texas Salsa and Buddha’s Brew Kombucha, to develop recipes from their products.  Renata shares her passion for simple, healthy and delicious recipes by teaching private and small group cooking classes. These hands-on lessons are highly customizable, and are suitable for everyone from young professionals to working mothers. A graduate of the University of Canterbury, Renata lives in Texas with her husband, daughter, twin boys and lovable Labrador.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Renata was overwhelmed and exhausted as a working mother.  She was stuck and was feeling low since she couldn’t fulfill her dreams at the time.

The “AHA” Moment

Renata was caught up in the day-to-day of having three kids, working full time and trying to take care of the household duties. While doing the laundry one night, she thought to herself that she had all these dreams and no time to work on them. Then she realized that she had to make time to make her dreams a reality. She knew no one is going to give her that time so she had to make that time for herself!

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Renata realized her first big dream which was launching her healthy food and recipe blog. In the last year she has seen it grow, from not only followers and site visits, but more importantly in the connections that she has made with other people.  She has branched out into live demos, cooking classes, working with brands and sponsorships.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Women often get caught up in this fear of doing something, so, instead, they do nothing and they live in a world of dissatisfaction. We have to get out of our own way! We have to embrace the fear and just take action! Nothing will ever change if you never do anything. It doesn’t have to be a huge action, but it needs to be something. Even if its drinking one more glass of water, keep that promise to yourself and just do it! You will thank yourself for it later!
