Nika Diwa is a fashion blogger and founder of Diwa Dollhouse.  She moved to NYC to pursue her passion for the fashion Stand On Your Own Two Feet With Nika Diwaindustry. After graduating from LIM College, she served in the Buying and Merchandising departments of companies such as The RealReal, Barneys New York, and Ermenegildo Zegna. The blog began as a diary to share personal style favorite and inspired thoughts and today has evolved into a movement of empowering women through  fashion.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Nika was very messy, latching onto men for validation, suffered from verbal and sexual abuse.  It destroyed her and her worth, she couldn’t see herself in the mirror.

The “AHA” Moment

Nika moved to Manhattan where she working her dream job, paid rent for herself knowing she could stand on her own two feet.  She found joy in herself.

One month before her wedding, her husband tickled her ankle in a way that was post traumatic shock and freaked out.  She thought he would leave her after lashing out but did the opposite and told her that she’s in a safe space and still chooses her.
