Living fully goes beyond simply surviving, but instead flourishing and thriving through pursuing the greatest potential that your mind and body can give you.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Jean had time periods or seasons of life where she had lows or highs, never extremes. She suffered from depression and was no longer interested in any of the things she used to be invested in.
Also the pressures of social media affected her negatively.

Jean stopped caring. She was coming to a place of being more rational and level headed about her personal goals. A lot of it was rediscovery.
