Lolo Kartikasari Santosa is the founder and owner of Toko-Toko, a Los Angeles-based Pop-Up Shop Organizer and Brand Love and Confidence With Lolo Kartikasari SantosaRepresentative for Southeast Asian brands in the U.S.  Her vision and mission is to be the bridge between our Indonesian and U.S. communities in trade, fashion and art.  Allowing creative fields such as fashion and art to sustain and create new jobs in both countries, assisting the less fortunate in the communities by donating a portion of our profit to charity we carefully chose to work with.

Lolo was guilty of people pleasing and playing on the self side which lowered her confidence.  An incident with her child being bullied helped learn to love, be healed in the process and rebuild her confidence in the process.  Check out Lolo’s story.

The “AHA” Moment

A few years ago, Lolo’s daughter was bullied badly at school.  Being by her side as a mother in her healing process turned out to be a process that rebuilt the two of them and strengthen them more than ever because it was built on love. Lolo truly believes now that her life can shrink or expand in proportion to her courage in facing and embracing life’s imperfections, and in constantly trying to love harder each day.

Lolo has a very different perspective on life these days.  We all live here temporarily, Lolo would like to make sure that she makes a meaningful contributions to her environment and communities.  She hopes that her daughter will continue these contributions in her time.
