Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is knowing exactly who you are, never feeling threatened by other’s success, being vocal about your needs, being unapologetic, taking responsibility for your failures, fearlessly pursuing your own happiness and having complete self-awareness.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Kat questioned herself a lot when she was in business for herself.  She also experienced negative self talk.

The “AHA” Moment

Kat remembers sitting in front of her computer and calculating how many hours she could freelance for in order to make the same amount of money she was earning at the time — the result? 75% LESS work hours!

That was when she convinced herself to start planning to quit her job and be fully self-employed.
