Dr. Connie Wun is the Co-founder AAPI Women Lead and the Founder of Transformative Research.  She trains organizations andYou Are Gifted With Dr. Connie Wun people to do the work that students spend time and money learning and executing in academia. Through Transformative Research trainings, people learn research, data analysis, complex theory, and writing.  She also develops and consults on research designs, projects, qualitative data collection tools and analyses.  Also, AAPI Women Lead was created based upon personal and political needs for there to be more accurate and diverse representation of AAPI self-identified women and girls in the United States.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Dr. Connie had a tumultuous upbringing.  She had a few role models to look upto when she migrated to the United States.  Dr. Connie went through confusion and trial and error.  She was trying to figure out her life on her own.  She also experienced violence in her family.

The “AHA” Moment

Dr. Connie sat down and decided to take an inventory of what she has been through and her gifts.  She realized she was so gifted and it fueled to create the life she wanted.
