Definition of Self Confidence

Knowing that you were created for a purpose, that you have worth and being confident in your unique talents to help others.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Crystal was constantly thinking about what others thought of her and having constant self doubt.  She didn’t feel like she had anything to contribute to the world because she was so self-conscious to do anything.

The “AHA” Moment

A month out from going to Miss America, Crystal had been prepping like crazy, doing 3-4 work outs a week, disciplined diet, constant interviews and talent prep. She was mentally and physically exhausted and her greatest fear was to be humiliated on stage with her on-stage question having the country thinking she was an idiot.  She turned to God hoping to find answers and read over 2 Timothy 1:7. Crystal had an epiphany! She was not created to be afraid of life and the challenges that come her way.  She was meant to have a voice! She reflected on the encouraging words her husband, family and friends had given her. If they have faith in her than she should too!

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Write down on a sheet of paper of all the things you are good at and really focus on your strengths.  Write down things you want to be good at and surround yourself with friends and family that you can learn these qualities from.
