Yoon had constant inner turmoil that produces fear, self doubt and the imposter syndrome.
The “AHA” Moment
Yoon started her coaching business in height of recession in 2008. Her ego andpride got in the way and sh skipped the preparation and practice. Her self confidence was quickly shattered and she finally had an aha that she was prescribing the benefits of business coaching to everyone else but herself.
So, she got coaching for herself to equip her through the preparation process and hold her accountable through the practice, positive feedback which helped see her own progress with proper perspective. In the end she realized she wasn’t using the 4 P’s of powerful self confidence in her own business when she first started.
