Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is knowing who you are as a person, being self aware of your faults and knowing you’re not perfect.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Tiffany was tied to her work journey.  She was career focused in 20s and chasing the dream of finding a job.  She often questioned where she belongs, if she’s doing the right thing or if she’s going in the right direction.

The “AHA” Moment

Tiffany was working at recording studios starting from the bottom interning for free.  Then she became a runner and was willing to do things that others won’t which paid off for her such as mopping the back of the employee area.  She got a higher position because her senior manager knew what she is capable of.  Tiffany realized that you never who’s watching you and ready to give you the opportunity.
