Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

The “AHA” Moment

Simmone had two AHA moments.

Her first one was when she was approaching 30, she had a crisis, took a look at her life and had the perfect life on paper but didn’t actually care for it.  What she really wanted to do was to help others because she loved it.  She broke up with her boyfriend, moved out of her house and took a year to figure out who she really was.

Her second AHA moment, she was attacked at gunpoint.  She fought back and saved herself.  Then she asked herself if she died would she be satisfied with the life she did and that’s when she realized that she was doing things to please others versus pleasing herself.
