Shobhna Juneja is a Yoga Teacher by profession for the last seven years. She runs her own Yoga studio in Chandigarh, India. She has done her masters in Journalism and communication. Shobhna also had a brief stint in the corporate world too before leaving it all and choosing yoga as her personal and professional calling.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Shobhna realised that without self confidence, she did not believe in her capacity to be financially empowered. Her constant mental chatter while stepping out in public places or going with friends will include lots of comparisons with other women and being judgemental about other people. It
was almost like having a big inferiority complex. The worst was not to being truly happy.
The “AHA” Moment
Shobhna’s journey to yoga has helped learned to accept her body. The philosophy of Buddhism has allowed Shobna to love herself and trust herself exactly the way she is.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Shobhna definitely feels much more confident knowing that every problem has a solution and the solution lays in the depths of your wisdom. She is highly positive, extremely confident and I feel strong enough to deal with any kind of trials and tribulations of life. And most of the days of her life she does count herself amongst the happiest human beings on earth.
