Rachel Kutz the Vice President for Mass Market Supply Chain and Operational Efficiencies.  She leads the consumer product supply chain for AT&T Mobility, Broadband, and Business. In this role, she energizes a team of over a thousand diverse employees dedicated to better serving customers through operations coupled with an unbridled passion to deliver world-class customer service with retail excellence. This includes ownership of all AT&T’s sourcing, logistics, supplier quality control, planning, purchasing and fulfillment of consumer and business products and equipment, as well as Supplier Diversity & Sustainability initiatives. Rachel is an inclusive thought leader who develops inventive solutions requiring high emotional intelligence, deep expertise in analytics, and managerial courage to drive complex issue resolution in highly competitive environments.

Rachel shares her story of how building grit has helped her build confidence in herself to be the woman that she is today.  She is also part of the USPAACC WISE, a program intended for AAPI Women that would strategically address core issues and create lasting impact in their professional and personal lives, thus empowering and uplifting them in creating and choosing their own personal choices.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Rachel had moments of doubt even if she had the innate belief in herself.  She blamed herself if something failed and her own voice was the one who would tell her she is not enough.

The “AHA” Moment

Rachel loved being a woman in men’s spaces and it was the reason why she took Physics in University.  She wanted to show other women what is possible and gave her the confidence boost.
