Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

People always perceive Patricia-Ann as adventurous and would say yes to anything! Before gaining self confidence, it was very difficult for her to say no.  She also thinks that is has got to do with Asian culture being a gentle one.

The “AHA” Moment

Patricia-Ann’s ex boss and mentor asked her to close a deal on a huge project whereby she had to say no to a lot of the terms. The situation forced her to say no and that made her realized that it is all right. Sometimes you have to say no to others in order to say yes to yourself.
