Ming has been working for the company for over 15 years and was recently promoted to the CEO position. I love how you talk about how people are always going to judge you, your hair your nails your clothes. So don’t think anything about it. I also love how you are so matter of fact about how it’s important to stand out or you will be replaceable in your job or career. Being mediocre and hiding will only make it hard to succeed.
