Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is the ability to recognize and own your inner gifts as well as demons, and to be able to transmute everything into your unique expression that serves that serves the world.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Mariko was painfully shy and insecure. Being a dancer meant that she was constantly judged for her body, and every time she performed or was at an audition, she was paralyzed with fear.  That was because she was really so self-centered, worrying about heself. Only thinking of yourself is a great recipe for depression!

The “AHA” Moment

Visionary yoga taught Mariko that the purpose of life is to serve, to make yourself useful with the gifts you were given, and holding back does not serve anyone.
