Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Lisa was an introvert, didn’t work out, didn’t acknowledge herself, didn’t have people or social skills, and wanted to be someone else. She never really liked smiling with her teeth in pictures and was insecure about herself and her body.
The “AHA” Moment
When someone acknowledge her bravery, that is when confidence grew. Being vulnerable by sharing her story about her dad also helped her realized that it was okay to just be herself and share her feelings at the moment.
