Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is that happy merge of your “higher self” and your “basic self” working in harmony.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Julia was extremely judgmental of other people, which meant she was extremely judgmental of myself.  She was her own worst enemy.  She also told herself lots of “stories” about what other people thought of her, which were 100% false.

Because she was always in her head, she never thought to help others around her. Julia always thought that in order to take care of herself, other people had to bend around her. Because she was giving off selfish energy, she was getting it right back.

The “AHA” Moment

There were many defining moments that Julia either missed or chose to ignore. It wasn’t until she started experiencing chronic fatigue as a sixth year attorney that she realized she needed to make a change.  She just didn’t know what, and she thought a multi-level marketing company was her way out. Julia doesn’t knock MLMs but it just wasn’t for her.  She ended up going back to law, but in a different field, which she thought would change things but it didn’t.  That’s when she found her business/life coach. It literally came to her.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

A lot has changed for Julia. She meditates every morning, and she is still trying to get a consistent morning routine going.  This is where she gets to talk to her higher self.  She is her own best friend instead of putting herself down.
