Definition of Self Confidence
Self confidence all starts with how you perceive yourself. If you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Before self-confidence, Jessalin was still figuring out what life was all about and would doubt decisions she made or not believe in herself as much as she does now.
The “AHA” Moment
Jessalin’s AHA moment is when she went through a self-love journey to understand what it means to love herself and be her own best friend, including going to therapy for the first time in 2018 to take care of herself physically, mentally, and physically to live a more holistic life. Also, having the purpose of serving the Asian community and creating better representation has helped her build confidence as well.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Jessalin feels unstoppable with more freedom when she loves herself and prioritize doing what is best for herself. It creates space for what may be unimaginable like being an author of a book still feels unreal, but fuelling herself with confidence knowing that she is capable of doing what she sets her mind to has helped her tremendously.
She is also excited for her upcoming book, The Visibility Mindset to launch.
The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
Do not compare yourself to anyone else except the previous version of yourself to know that you are continuing to grow. Give yourself love, grace and kindness as you continue your self-confidence journey and go at your own pace. Trust the universe and process for where you are headed. You got this!
