Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Jasmine’s suffered from low self esteem, had an eating disorder at 18,  and was judgemental of herself.  She wanted to impress other people and had a rock sense of self.

The “AHA” Moment

Jasmine pushed through to heal herself from her eating disorder which also led her to create the blog and it bloomed from there. The blog also helped Jasmine with her confidence.
