Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is being able to face all her fears, always believing that everything will just gonna be alright and accepting who you are.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Jane grew up in a broken family. Growing up without a fatherly image was tough.  She was bullied and insecure.  She grew up with a thought in mind that she was ugly. To cover her insecurities, she strived hard at school.

This is why she chose to study Psychology because she wanted to know and understand herself.  She discovered that according to Sigmund Freud that our past is the father of our present. Meaning, whatever personality we have right now is the product of our past.

Actually, she wasn’t that confident until she got married to her husband who grew up in a complete family. He corrects her, he loves her so much and always understands her.  Most importantly, he supports her to achieve all her dreams and goals.

The “AHA” Moment

Jane had so many struggles and failures as a kid.  She failed at school.  She was embarrassed.  She got bullied.  She had failures even in decision-making.  She had depression.

These experiences shouldn’t make her down and she used what she went through to lift her up and become the person that she wants to be.

Life is a risk. And you’ll never know what would happen in the future unless you try it.
