Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Ishy had no confidence.  She felt that she was not good enough, she was not capable of doing anything outside of her comfort zone.  She felt not heard or seen, and she wasn’t invited to the room where all the important decisions were being made.  Also, she was conscious of her height since she was 4 foot 9.

The “AHA” Moment

Ishy decided to take a chance and move to the US in 2014 from the UK all by herself with just 2 suitcases, leaving her family. It took courage, confidence and she took a leap of faith in herself that she was going to make a difference here!

She is more self-aware and shows up differently every day focusing on herself and her growth.  She also surrounds herself with people who will lift her up.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

When you have a seat at the table, you build that room and you bring others into the room.  Seize the opportunity.
