294: Being Okay With Yourself With Hiro Nakayama

Hiro Nakayama is the founder and project director behind Project Felicia.  She almost lost her sense of smell.  As she walked out, Being Okay With Yourself With Hiro Nakayamathere was a farmers market with flowers and vegetable, she was able to enjoy fragrance coming from those plants strongly as if they are expressing themselves. With her wish to share such a fragrant joy, Hiro founded Project Felicia.  She started serving as a freelance consultant to niche brands, actively participating in fragrance events, and successfully assisted brands to expand their business to international market.  With multiple hats she wears, she also will serve consumer as a Scent Stylist, Perfume Concierge or whatever you want to call. She is a Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist by the Fragrance Foundation in New York.

Hiro used to seek approval from others.  She was living the expectation of others which resulted losing a sense of herself.  When she realized that it was okay to be herself, that’s when her confidence grew and be success that she is today.  Tune in today to listen to her story.
