Desiree was pretty confident growing up.  She had her share of insecurities but it didn’t define her.  She was constantly craving positive feedback when she was a certain size.

The “AHA” Moment

Desiree’s weight loss journey was her AHA moment.  She started her weight loss journey because her knees were hurting, she couldn’t keep up with her kids and felt older.  She realized also that she went too far sometimes on her weight loss journey and became obsessive.  She realized that it was not a race and to just stay consistent.  Desiree also realized to let go of instant gratification.
