Dane Gonzalez is a fashion designer and a blogger. She runs a blog called Trust Me, It’s Paradise where she documents her lifestyle and all things fashion, travel and wellness, and blogs from all over the world. She was also featured on Paris VOGUE’s “top 45 international fashion-bloggers to watch” in 2010. Dane is the co-founder of Tala The Label where she produces ethical clothing created to suit all sorts of shapes and sizes, by women for women. She also has her own swimwear line called Paradis Swimwear. Dane also specializes in in creative consultancy, predominantly brand-building and marketing analysis and in Social Media Management.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Dane went through anxiety and depression since her teenage years. In her 20s, she had alot of insecurities and was lost in her life. She hung out with the wrong crowd which attracted the wrong kind of energy as well.
The “AHA” Moment
Meditation was able to help Dane realize her true self and learned to let go of the expectation from others. It also helped her find alternative ways to overcome her anxiety and depression. She was told all her life that she would need medication for the rest of her life but she knew there were more natural ways to overcome her them which she accomplished.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Life is alot better for Dane. She gets to travel and be more creative when it comes to her business. She is happy and comfortable in her skin along with overcoming her anxiety and depression.
