Under Carolyn’s exceptional leadership, Trilyon has earned notable recognition, including the esteemed 2023 Fast 100 Asian American Business Award from USPAACC. Carolyn holds a board position at the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC West), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering economic growth and promoting diversity through leadership, education, and business networking. When Carolyn started her company, she faced challenges due to unconscious bias even if she knew that she was capable.

Carolyn met one of her mentors that she looked upto and the mentor asked her why she didn’t put CEO in her LinkedIn profile. When Carolyn told her why, her mentor encouraged her to put in on her profile which made Carolyn realize that she can show up as herself. It also gave her the confidence now to say she is the CEO of her company.
