Bernice Chao is the Head of Integrated Creative at Zambezi, author, speaker, professor, podcast host, and co-founder of the non-profit Asians in Advertising. She believes in the power of using creativity for good. Whether giving the brands, she works on a real purpose to connect with their audience or pay it forward to her community. Bernice has worked for clients in various industries, from new-economy and gaming to food and automotive. Notable clients include Google, Airbnb, Uber, Netflix, Amazon Studios, HBO, and more. She has also worked in various mediums from Super Bowl commercials, 3D google cardboard, stunts, and you name it, She has done it. Bernice is also a professor at LMU and General Assembly, a mentor, and have a variety of speaking experiences. She is the lead organizer for TEDxCulverCity and have hosted nine sold-out events. She has contributed to two books: “Advertising By Design 4th Edition” “Branding Quickies,” and currently writing her own book currently writing her own book, “The Visibility Mindset,” that will be available Fall 2022.
