Ashley was introvert and will normally be very quiet in a group of people, always afraid to speak up and always felt miserable about it.
The “AHA” Moment
Ashley has been through many aha moments in my past 35 years of life. One of the main moments is when she realized why some of the plus-sized women can be so confident, happy and beautiful and another main life-changing moment is when she broke up with and ex-boyfriend and discovered that her main problem with the relationship is she was co-dependent, so much so, she doesn’t focus her life on herself but on him.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Ashley begins to speak to herself more, constantly putting “I” in her own conversation, asking herself what she would like to do, what she wants to do, what would her treat be, and where she wants to go. She became even more independent and dares to travel alone, talk to people more, attend more yoga classes to reset her week with a look inside and see how she feels, go on yoga retreats, and connect with herself more.
