Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is being both secure in your identity and proud of your identity.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Amanda didn’t know how to put her foot down for herself but she thinks that was mostly due to still not knowing what it was she believed in for herself.  She was almost too “go with the flow” to the point of being such a people pleaser that she would change as often as the wind did.

The “AHA” Moment

As Amanda matured over time, especially as she started to realize how important faith and a relationship with God was to her, that’s what has shaped her confidence the most and it was also the foundation of her self confidence.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Amanda knows how to stand up for herself more. Her perspective is generally more positive and consistently more positive. She is able to find much more unshakeable joy in her life without needing to rely on other people affirming her or certain jobs validating her.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Take some time to be able to come with a list of reasons you truly believe in…every woman (and man) should know what their greatest qualities are and why that sets them apart from others! Also, don’t put so much pressure on yourself to be a specific or perfect kind of way. We are all constantly growing, learning, and changing — the bad days shape us just as much as our good days.
