Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Before Linsay truly embraced my self confidence, she didn’t have a voice, by choice. This meaning whenever the opportunity presented itself for her to state her opinion or put my foot down on something she didn’t agree with, she would hold back because she didn’t want to seem confrontational and she just wanted to get along with everyone.

But each time she did that, it really just set her up to be a doormat that others felt that they could just walk over her.

The “AHA” Moment

Linsay’s AHA moment was her trip week long trip to Dubai for New Years in 2013 for a private mastermind event. Prior to that trip, she was completely lost and had no sense of direction for her life. She was working a 9-5 job and was promoting network marketing part time. She wanted to go full time with network marketing but she was struggling that entire year online.

Once she got to Dubai, she was exposed to a lifestyle that seemed impossible to her prior. On that trip, she learned how attainable any of our goals could be if we simply just went after them by taking massive action and also learning that failure is a part of success. She truly took that to heart because she failed so many times since that trip but each failure put her that much closer to her goals and dreams. Six months after that trip she quit my 9-5 job and have been successfully working from home for over a year and a half now.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Life is wonderful for Linsay being able to travel a lot more which was something that she wanted to do and spend more time with her family.

Her connection of people has also changed. We’re always told especially as marketers that we become whoever we hang around the most and for Linsay, that consists of a lot of multiple 6 and 7 figure earners.

She is also in a position now where she can feasibly see herself retiring both of her older sisters within the next 2 years! Again, all of this seemed impossible prior!

It’s important to be you at all times. If you don’t like something or if you do, then say so! Be who you are because there’s only 1 you in this world. Don’t worry about what others may think because there is someone in this world who understands you and who’s life can be impacted by your story. For every 10 people that don’t like you there’s 10 times more that will love you!
