Definition of Self Confidence

Self-confidence is not acquired, but is developed.  It is a constant practice and is always being shaped. It is always fluctuating, and requires consistent care and development to continue improving.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Suzie was always fairly confident in academics but she felt that she was lacking in confidence in other areas of her life. She had a lot of insecurities and that showed in her relationships and apprehensions about her future. Suzie suffered from anxiety, low self esteem, and a lot of misguided actions that she thought would make me more confident.

The “AHA” Moment

Suzie didn’t have just one “AHA moment” – She worked to develop her confidence through consistent practice and taking action! Meditation and awareness have been a big part of her journey, as well as consciously choosing to be confident. Doing a lot of personal development and feeling empowered in her body and health have been some of the most important aspects of her developing confidence.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Suzie continues to build confidence.  She knows that it’s something that always needs to be developed and maintained. She runs a successful business with her husband where she helps other women develop this confidence, have an excellent and healthy relationship built on respect and trust. She travels the world and constantly do new things to expand her comfort zone and confidence, and she am at peace with her body and mind 🙂 Life is good!

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Don’t wait for something to “give” you confidence…create it now. Start practicing, get out of your comfort zone, build an awareness around your fears and worries so you can face them. Determine the things you “would do” when you have confidence and ease into them NOW.  Taking action builds confidence…! Also, don’t underestimate the power of being healthy and empowered with your body…building a foundation of health truly is the MOST important aspect for creating confidence and happiness. Without your health, most other areas of your life will fall short.
