Definition of Self Confidence
The ability to listen to and trust our intuition, and that once a person truly allows themselves to trust this ‘Inner Guidance’, that’s when true self-confidence kicks in because it’s when we become truly aware that the Universe has our back. It’s really about being willing to give up control and truly trust.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Amy always had a backup plan because she never truly believed that what she actually wanted was possible.
The “AHA” Moment
Amy met a man in New Zealand who became a spiritual teacher of hers. She returned to see him several times during my time in NZ, and in one of our conversations, he pointed out to her that she needed to get rid of her backup plan and expect what she wanted. She took his advice and that’s when she let go of her backup plan.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Amy has learned to trust her intuition and the Universe, and to follow her heart, no matter what.
The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
Trust your inner wisdom, even when it doesn’t make sense or when it seems scary. The biggest miracles happen when we allow ourselves to truly follow our hearts.
