828: Confident Vulnerability With Jeanie Chang

Jeanie Chang is an international mental health keynote and speaker for corporations,Confident Vulnerability With Jeanie Chang community organizations, and colleges. She also became an international best-selling author in March 2021 for my memoir “A is for Authentic: Not for Anxieties or for Straight A’s.”  As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, her interdisciplinary practice is founded on solutions and cultural confidence™. Cultural Confidence™ is her unique framework; an intentional practice promoting healthy emotionality through the powerful intersectionality of mental health, identity, mindfulness, and resilience.  One of Jeanie’s key resources is her YouTube Channel called “Noona’s Noonchi” where she does a deep dive into Korean dramas from a mental health perspective.  

Jeanie shares how being vulnerable helped her show up as her authentic self and build her confidence along the way.  She also talks about mental health and why it’s an important topic to bring awareness.
