Roslynn Alba Cobarrubias, is a TV host/producer for MyxTV, a cable music network available in over 15 million homes via 
DirecTV, Time Warner Cable, Sony Roku, etc. She is also the Co-Founder/Chief Marketing Officer of mydiveo, the largest network of video resumes in the world, that was recently acquired for $7.4 million by top ad network, Engage:BDR. Through the use of talent discovery videos known as ‘diveos,’ mydiveo helps artists, individuals & brands showcase their talents/services & connect with one another, while also helping companies like America’s Got Talent & the White House AAPI find & book talent.
Roslynn shares what her journey has been like from the challenges she faced working for MySpace to creating her own company, to provide a platform for others to speak their voice. She has learned to appreciate every step of her journey no matter what the situation is.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Roslynn faced through rejection many times especially when starting up MySpace to help out musicians connect with their fans. Sometimes she questioned if she the confidence to keep on going but she knew what she had could change lives to she kept on moving forward.
Also, not knowing her purpose kept Rosslyn from having true self confidence.
The “AHA” Moment
Being interviewed for Lift Off Pictures, gave Roslynn a chance to reflect back on her career and see her career as a journey rather than one job, destination, test, competition or race. It inspired Roslynn to create the company mydiveo with her partner, which is now the largest network of video resumes in the world.

Her AHA moment gives Roslynn inspiration to promote the same discovery outwardly to everyone that she knew, especially the youth.
The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
Start by mapping out your past and seeing the various steps as exactly what they were, steps to your current career/path which will allow you to map out future goals/steps to where you want to go moving forward. They said a dream is just a dream until it’s written down, then it becomes a goal. All goals are steps. A step can be something small like online research or watching a You Tube video.
