Pay currently hosts The Pay Chen Show Saturday afternoons from 3-4pm (EST) on Newstalk 1010. The live show is a mix of lifestyle topics and comedy, with celebrity guests and a slightly twisted sense of humour. Pay is also an actress and has appeared on a variety of TV series such as: Degrassi- Next Class, Hi Opie!, and Dark Matter. As a woman in the media industry, Pay was treated differently. She had lower pay and people were harsher on her because she was a woman. Learning along the way, she figured things out. When she started working as a full-time employee in media, she had to learn to go with the flow.

Pay started to put her foot down when she start doing freelance work. She knew what she want and didn’t want. She also quit at one point from being burnt out from work. She decided to travel, and took a few steps back to figure her true self.
