Mariann was reading a lot of books such as ‘You are a Badass’ and ‘The Book of Joy’ and she started to focus more on happiness since happiness and confidence are interrelated. She started to work on being comfortable in her own skin because there are more benefits on taking pride in who you are than complaining or dwelling.

Mariann is still a work in progress but she is happier. She finds life to be more fulfilled because of her confidence, she knows everything falls into place.
