I really love how she talks about loving yourself is to love all of ourselves. Even our flaws. Also, the importance of not giving credit or any value to what others have to say about you!! Basically I find this bit of information truly key for our young people & even older generations to see these tips as inspirational & truth.
Some people will go out of their way to be destructive, to tear others down instead of lifting one another up. It’s very important to know the difference. There is a huge difference in constructive criticism & tearing someone down.
