Claudia Chan is an author, speaker and Life Coach for Asian Women, empowering them to let go of people-pleasing Face Your Negative Emotions With Claudia Chan behaviours, guilt and resentment, so that they can live the life they want for themselves. Life Coaching helped her overcome stress and gain control over her life. She is now having more fun, having a better relationship with her husband and son, and is more courageous to go after a life worth living. She believes that if everyone can live the life they love, this world would be so much better!

Claudia was blaming many circumstances that happened in her life and was also comparing herself to others.  She was scared of putting herself out into the world.

Claudia worked on herself and started to understand own belief systems that was stopping her from moving forward and creating her own path.  She also started processing the negative emotions she was feeling to get to the root cause of why she wasn’t able to move forward.
