Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Alyssa went through a painful process since she didn’t understand herself. She was insecure, let others dictate how she acts, suffered anxiety and, found validation from people and things.
The “AHA” Moment
Alyssa started coming out with her true self. She cut her hair super short which she felt liberated. She started knowing who she truly was. Coming out as a queer was very challenging especially to her parents coming from a religious background but her parents still love her no matter what.

Alyssa has a better relationship with her family and understands her parents. Her professional life has been better because of her message. She is an advocate for queer visibility.
