Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Adrienne used to see the world as a hostile place and people as its victim.  She was reluctant to express and assert herself, miss out on experiences and opportunities, and feel powerless to change things.

The “AHA” Moment

When Adrienne first won her fitness show after a short 3-months training and diet, she realized that she could do anything and everything as long as she had clear goals and believe she can achieve them.  She stop hiding and started expressing herself through fitness.
