Favorite Self Confidence Quote
Nothing builds self-esteem and self-confidence like accomplishment. Take ACTIONS.
Definition of Self Confidence
Self confidence means to do what you want with who you want for as long as you want.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
When Yana was 19 years old, she attended her first personal development seminar. The trainer was a Russian man in his 50-s. After the seminar she walked up to him and said that she also wanted to become a trainer. He looked at her with a smile and said: “Honey, get this idea out of your lovely head. You are too young, too blond and too female. Just get married and have babies.” For almost a decade after that Yana didn’t have a courage to pursue her life calling.
The “AHA” Moment
When Yana moved to Singapore, she met a person who happened to be life and leadership coach (the first coach she have seen in her life!). He became a dear friend and one day coached her through that incident she had when she was 19 years old. Yana realized that all these years she trapped myself into a vicious circle of a self-destructing belief about what she can and can’t do.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Three days after that coaching session she enrolled into her first coaching training at International Coach Academy. Five years forward and here she is today: coaching entrepreneurs and change makers worldwide to their fullest potential and running a very successful TV show in Asia.
