Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Layla was a college drop out who was worried about what other people thought of her on Facebook since she didn’t finish school to become a doctor.
She struggled with her self esteem when she first met Toby since Layla always dependent of his love.
Layla also experienced a difficult childhood since she was teased at school because of her race which caused her not to believe she was beautiful or had anything of value to offer.
The “AHA” Moment
You would think that winning a fitness competition and walking on stage in a bikini would be a “AHA” moment for Layla but it was actually something else.
Layla gained the weight back after the fitness competition and started to go down that route of not loving herself for who she is.
It was after she gave to her daughter she realized that her body was to make this existence for her daughter Beatrice. She started imagining the promising life Beatrice was going to have which shifted that moment of darkness to see her own power.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Layla now has the power to choose happiness regardless of the negative obstacles that come in her way and regardless of what others think of her.
She is following the path that she has decided to go on. Layla is also inspiring other women to step into their power.
