In the year after her son was born, Sara really struggled with what she looked like and her ego took a bit of a hit, as nothing she tried gave her much in terms of weight loss results since she was a fitness professional.
The “AHA” Moment
Sara started following some women online who were NOT about shrinking (Go Kaleo, Erin Brown). This helped her tremendously. These women were also fitness professionals who we changing the paradigm. This was such a gift to her. She started seeing things from a totally new and different perspective.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Sara’s life is bigger and fuller. She is open to different things. She used to be really focused on helping women lose weight. She still does help women with that but her new passion is helping women low the space they currently fill and teaching them how to fill that space ALL THE WAY. The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
“Always be stalking.” Really encourage women to find mentors and people who inspire them and make a connection. It might just be through following someone on Facebook. Or it might be through getting rid of people who do not share your vision and finding new people to fill their space. You have to find women who are doing what you want to do the way you want to do and then create your personal version of their vision. In the end it will look totally different than theirs but they will offer you a foundation to start building a platform for a life you really want to live and love.
