Leslie’s life before was cold, dark and lonely. She went through different challenges in her life such as mental health challenges, depression, insomnia and more.
The “AHA” Moment
Self defense was always part of Leslie’s life but she never expected to create a business out of it. When she was conducting a self defense class, she realized that the people in the class were not connected mind, body and voice which stops them from doing the actual moves. She created a space where women can heal through their trauma so that they are ready to learn the techniques and be more powerful in their own right.
