Definition of Self Confidence
Self confidence is an inner knowing, belief in self and the ability to experience self-love. To gain more confidence, practise doing what you are not good at until you become good at it.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Emily used to experience nervousness around other people because she had an inner feeling of not being good enough or of being judged. She still sometimes experience this, but she is learning to change this. It is a work in progress.
The “AHA” Moment
About a year ago, Emily started meditating everyday and she realised that her nervousness and feelings of not being good enough was all in her head. With daily meditation, she practiced becoming more centred and filling her head with more positive self-talk. Her AHA moment was when she started focusing and appreciating everything that she love about her life. She does this every single day now and it has changed her life.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Now Emily’s life is completely different. Her meditation is her go to “feel-good fix” – If she skips a day, she has meditation withdrawals. She meditates most mornings and nights. Emily meditates 30-60 minutes each day to find balance, calm and to fill her mind with good feeling thoughts.
The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
