Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Joan was insecure back in her days of elementary and middle school since she was the only asian kid in the class.
She didn’t have the blond or brown hair and the fair skin. The kids at cool classified her a the chink or asian kid and that is not always fun to be when you are the only one who is different from the rest.
The “AHA” Moment
As a kid, Joan’s dad and brother taught her how to play basketball. One day her brother and friends needed an extra person to play and Joan decided that she can be the extra player her brother needed.
She was doing really well being the only girl playing basketball with her brother and his friends. Ever since then she had the self confidence to do anything she put her mind to because of this one incident playing basketball with her brother and his friends.
When the boys told her she couldn’t do, she proved them wrong which made her even more confident in her won abilities and herself.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Joan leaves a happy life with her husband and three sons. She is continually working on self development but she has found the inner peace she has been looking for.
She also works on her online business helping others create an income online. Anytime someone tells, Joan she can’t do something, she always goes back to the time when she played basketball with her brother and his friends and proves them wrong.
