Definition of Self Confidence
Self-confidence is the opposite of fear. It’s about living your life knowing you have nothing to fear (that you are able to weather whatever comes your way) then you are indeed confident.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

It is just about learning and relearning it daily and reminding herself of things she can be confident about so that her soul retains that buoyancy.
